How TattooPilot handles account details, creative work and purchases.

Information we collect
Google sign-in gives us your verified email address, display name and Google account identifier. We store account and session records. Creative requests include your brief, choices, uploaded reference image, generated images and job status. We store Credit activity and order status, but not payment card numbers. Browser drafts and favorites are kept in your browser. Essential cookies maintain sign-in and connect work to your account.
Why we use it
We use this information to authenticate you, generate and show your private tattoo concepts and Model Previews, track Credits and orders, prevent misuse, answer support requests, and meet payment and legal obligations. You can browse public pages without signing in.
Providers and transfers
Google provides sign-in. Cloudflare hosts our site, database and private image storage. Third-party AI image providers receive the brief and reference image needed for your request. Waffo Pancake processes checkout and receives your account identifier and email to match a purchase; it handles card data on its checkout. These providers may process data outside your country. We do not publish private generated images in a gallery or use your creative work to train our own models.
Storage and deletion
Generated design and Model Preview images become unavailable 30 days after completion. Private storage is configured to expire them after 30 days; physical removal may take about one additional day. Download work you wish to keep. Browser drafts and favorites stay until you clear them. Account, job, Credit and transaction records are retained while needed to provide the service, resolve disputes or meet legal obligations; they do not automatically disappear when images expire.
Your choices and rights
Email support@pairtattoos.com to request access, correction, deletion or a copy of your personal data, or to object to processing where applicable. We will verify the request and respond according to applicable law. Some order records may have to be retained for legal or accounting reasons. You can stop using Google sign-in and clear local browser data at any time.
Security, changes and contact
Generated images are stored privately and served only after account access checks. No online service can guarantee absolute security. We will post material policy changes here with a new effective date. For privacy questions or complaints, contact support@pairtattoos.com.
