Terms of Service
Rules for using TattooPilot, AI-generated concepts and one-time Credit purchases.

Service and eligibility
TattooPilot is a digital tool for creating AI-generated tattoo concepts and approximate body-placement previews. It does not provide physical tattooing, medical advice, professional design services or tattoo-ready stencils. You must be at least 18 and use a Google account you are authorized to access. Keep your account secure and contact support@pairtattoos.com about unauthorized use.
Credits and pricing
Credit packs are one-time USD purchases with no subscription or automatic renewal. Starter is $9.90 for 50 Credits, Journey is $19.90 for 120 Credits, and Studio is $49.90 for 300 Credits. A tattoo concept generation uses 2 Credits, a two-view Model Preview uses 6 Credits, and downloads use none. Purchased Credits do not expire. We may grant limited introductory Credits to new accounts; these are free, have no cash value and cannot be refunded. The public pricing page shows each pack and its benefits before checkout. A failed generation is credited back automatically. Waffo Pancake is the payment processor and merchant of record; the checkout shows the final amount before payment.
Refunds
Request a refund at support@pairtattoos.com within 14 days of a Credit pack purchase. If none of that pack's Credits have been used, we will refund the full purchase price. If some have been used, we will refund the unused portion at that pack's per-Credit purchase price. We will remove the refunded Credits from your account. If you bought multiple packs, we apply Credit use to the oldest purchase first. Refunds for service failures and any mandatory consumer rights under applicable law still apply. We handle payment refunds through Waffo Pancake; processing time depends on the payment method.
Creative inputs and output
You must have the rights and permission needed for every prompt and image you submit. If an image depicts a real person, it must be your own image or you must have that person's permission. We use your inputs only to provide and protect the service, including sending them to image providers. Subject to third-party rights and law, you may use outputs for lawful purposes. AI images can be inaccurate, resemble existing work or show unrealistic placement. Review rights and suitability with a qualified tattoo artist before tattooing; we cannot guarantee uniqueness or a particular result. The design model is GPT Image 2, accessed through a third-party image provider. Model Preview uses Kie AI's GPT Image 2.5 Sunburst image-to-image model.
Acceptable use and content review
Do not submit, create or share: sexual or NSFW content; violence or gore; hateful content; child sexual abuse or other child-unsafe content; deepfakes or impersonation of real people; or material that infringes copyright, trademarks, privacy or other rights. Do not upload another person's image without permission, attempt to evade content checks, misuse the service or break the law. We may automatically review prompts and outputs, hold content for manual review, reject requests, remove content, suspend accounts or revoke Credits obtained through abuse. Report harmful content or appeal a decision at support@pairtattoos.com; include the job ID when available. We review reports and take proportionate action.
Availability, liability and disputes
Generated images remain available through the service for 30 days after completion. Save copies you want to keep. The service may change or be interrupted. We provide it as available, without a guarantee that output meets a specific purpose. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect losses or for a tattoo made from an AI concept. Nothing here excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded. We may suspend or close accounts for serious violations; if we stop service for reasons unrelated to your breach, contact us about unused paid Credits. These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, subject to mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live. Contact support@pairtattoos.com first about a dispute.
